Disclosure of significant shareholding

Reference is made to today's announcement from Nio
Security, Inc. regarding issue of new shares.

Following this transaction, Lars Moldestad and close
associates has been reduced from 30,08 % to 12,99 %
of the outstanding shares in Nio. Lars Moldestad is
board member and primary insider of Nio.

Bellamare Resources Ltd has been reduced from 21,77 %
to 9,41 % of the outstanding shares in Nio. Bellamare
Resources Ltd is a company owned by Jon Skabo, board
member and primary insider of Nio.

Alba AS has been reduced from 8,76 % to 3,78 % of the
outstanding shares in Nio.
