Related Party Transactions	9.  Related Party Transactions Aztec Systems, Inc. is an affiliate of the Company that provides administrative and technical support services to the Company.  The majority owner of Aztec Systems, Inc. is also the majority stockholder of the Company. The Company incurred management fees of $13,625 and $38,614, and software development fees of $127,820 and $298,160 relating to Aztec Systems for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011, respectively. Management fees of $8,513 and $16,013, and software development fees of $128,793 and $245,824 were incurred during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010.  The Company had accounts payable to Aztec Systems of $147,302 as of September 30, 2011.
