EQS Group-News: Zug Estates Holding AG / Key word(s): Real Estate
The world’s leading biotechnology company, Amgen, is relocating its European headquarters to Suurstoffi in 2018, and is thus strengthening the life science cluster in Risch Rotkreuz.
Anchor tenant Amgen will move into the Suurstoffi 22 new-build in summer 2018. With 10 floors, the new building fronting the eastern end of the site will be Switzerland’s tallest hybrid timber-concrete high-rise building when it is completed. “We are delighted to be working together with Amgen”, remarks Pascal Arnold, Zug Estates’ Head Property Management & Letting. “Amgen is, together with Roche and Novartis, strengthening the local life science cluster in Risch Rotkreuz. Together with the existing companies on site and the IT department of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Suurstoffi is continuing to evolve into an ideal environment for innovative companies.”
