Golar LNG Energy Limited - Notification of share repurchase

Golar LNG Energy Limited ("Golar Energy" "Company") advises that in connection
with its share buyback programme announced on June 10, 2010 the Company has
acquired 15,000 shares through market purchases at an average price of NOK 7.19
per share.

After this transaction Golar Energy holds a total of 15,000 of its own shares.
