Reference is made to the announcement published by International Petroleum Corporation (the "Corporation") on September 25, 2025 regarding the successful placement of new senior unsecured bond issue.
The Corporation has today notified Nordic Trustee AS that it will exercise the call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under its senior unsecured bond issue 2022/2027 (with ISIN NO 0012423476), and each bondholder is hereby given notice thereof. The entire bond issue will be repaid at a price equal to 102.18 % of the nominal amount for each redeemed bond, with record date on October 15, 2025 and call option repayment date on October 17, 2025.
