SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11.          SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 8, 2013, the Company issued 169,355 shares of common stock to a third party for consulting services provided. On February 8, 2013, the Company completed the ninth closing under the Offering through the sale of 200,000 PPO Units (for aggregate gross proceeds of $50,000) consisting of 200,000 shares of common stock and 200,000 Investor Warrants.
