Note 2. Basis of Presentation. The accompanying unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") for reporting of interim financial information. Pursuant to such rules and regulations, certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States have been condensed or omitted. Accordingly, these statements do not include all the disclosures normally required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States for annual financial statements and should be read in conjunction with Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations contained in this report. The accompanying consolidated condensed balance sheet as of March 31, 2012 has been derived from our audited financial statements. The condensed consolidated statements of operations and cash flows for the three months ended June 30, 2012 are not necessarily indicative of the results of operations or cash flows to be expected for any future period or for the year ending March 31, 2013. The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared by management and should be read in conjunction to our consolidated financial statements, including the notes thereto, appearing in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2012. In the opinion of management, the accompanying unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements contain all adjustments necessary to present fairly the financial position and results of operations as of the dates and for the periods presented. The condensed consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries. All inter-company account balances and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation and certain prior period amounts have been reclassified to conform with the current period presentation. |
