Note 3. Liquidity As of June 30, 2012, we had approximately $2,754,000 in cash and cash equivalents. The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States, which contemplate continuation as a going concern. We have sustained substantial operational losses since our inception, and such operational losses have continued through June 30, 2012 and have financed our operations primarily through the issuance of shares of our common stock and the issuance of convertible notes. At June 30, 2012, we had an accumulated deficit of approximately $27,262,000. The Company cannot predict how long it will continue to incur further losses or whether it will ever become profitable which is dependent upon the frequency and success of new and existing products. The financial statements do not include any adjustments to reflect the possible future effects on the recoverability and classification of assets or the amounts and classification of liabilities that may result from the outcome of this uncertainty. Management believes the Company has sufficient cash resources to sustain operations through at least August 2013.
