Mr. WenjunTian, the former President and Director of the Company is the Executive Director of Jinshang International Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. Guarantees As of June 30, 2014, YuciJinmao Food Processing Factory, of which the legal representative is JunlianZheng, the wife of Junde Zhang, the Vice President of the Company, provided guarantees on short-term loans obtained by JinzhongYongcheng and JinzhongYuliang. |
