Franchise Fee Recognition Policy	The Company recognizes franchise fee revenue from an individual franchise sale when all of the following conditions have been met: (i) The Company has no remaining obligation or intent to refund any cash received or forgive any unpaid notes or receivables; (ii) Substantially all of the initial services required by the franchise agreement have been performed by us; (iii) No other material conditions or obligations related to the determination of substantial performance exist.
