SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	13 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 25, 2011, the Company declared a dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on or about August 12, 2011 to shareholders of record as of August 5, 2011.  The aggregate amount of the dividend is expected to be approximately $2.3 million, which the Company anticipates will be funded from cash on hand at the time payment is to be made.
