SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	14 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 27, 2011, the Company declared a dividend of $0.12 per share to be paid on or about November 18, 2011 to shareholders of record as of November 11, 2011.  The aggregate amount of the dividend is expected to be approximately $2.7 million, which the Company anticipates will be funded from cash on hand at the time payment is to be made.
