Dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2023

Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the dates of publicationof periodic reports in the financial year 2023:

The annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2022 - 27April 2023

The consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 - 30 May2023

The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2023 - 7September 2023

The consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 - 22November 2023

At the same time, the Issuer announces that in accordance with §79.2 ofthe Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, oncurrent and periodic information provided by issuers of securities andconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), the Company will notpublish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2022 and for thesecond quarter of 2023.

In accordance with §62.1 and §62.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer informsthat the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will includequarterly and semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements,respectively. Thus, the Issuer will not publish separate standalonequarterly reports and a separate standalone semi-annual report.
