Resignation of Mr. Rod Cousens from the Position of Co-Chief ExecutiveOfficer

Huuuge, Inc. (the Issuer) informs that on March 7, 2023, Mr. RodCousens, the Group's co-Chief Executive Officer and the Issuer reached amutual agreement to end Mr. Cousens's executive service with the Issuer,effective March 7, 2023. Mr. Cousens will remain a member of theIssuer's Board of Directors.

As a result, Mr. Anton Gauffin will be the sole Chief Executive Officerof the Issuer.
