Change of the date of the publication of the annual report andconsolidated annual report for the year 2022

Huuuge, Inc. (the _quot;Issuer_quot;) with reference to current report no. 02/2023dated January 31, 2023 regarding the dates of publication of periodicreports during the financial year 2023, hereby announces that theseparate and consolidated annual report for 2022 will be published onMarch 27, 2023, instead of April 27, 2023 as previously announced.

Taking into account the above changes, the schedule for the publicationof periodic reports in 2023 will be as follows:
