Decision on the intention to carry out collective redundancies

Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer") informs that on March 20 2023, in accordancewith the provisions of the Act on specific rules for terminatingemployment relationships with employees for reasons not related toemployees dated March 13, 2003 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2003 no 90 item844), the Management Board of Huuuge Games sp. z o.o. (the _quot;Subsidiary_quot;)adopted a resolution on the intention to carry out collectiveredundancies and to start the consultation procedure regarding thecollective redundancies.

The collective redundancies in the Subsidiary are intended to becompleted by the end of April 2023 and to cover approximately 10% of theIssuer's Group headcount in total (as of December 31, 2022).

In accordance with the requirements under law, following the adoption ofa resolution on the intention to carry out collective redundancies andthe commencement of the consultation procedure by the Management Boardof the Subsidiary, the Subsidiary will notify the employeerepresentative. In addition, the Subsidiary will notify the relevantlabour offices about the intention to carry out the collectiveredundancies.

The Issuer will publish another communication on collective redundanciesafter the completion of the legally required consultations with theemployees' representative. Final information related to the impact ofthe employment restructuring on the Huuuge Group financial results willbe indicated in the Issuer's condensed interim consolidated annualfinancial statements for the first half of 2023.
