Information on collective redundancies at Huuuge Games sp. z o.o.

Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer") with reference to current report no. 12/2023dated March 20, 2023 regarding the decision on the intention to carryout collective redundancies informs that on March 29, 2023, inaccordance with the provisions of the Act on specific rules forterminating employment relationships with employees for reasons notrelated to employees dated March 13, 2003 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2003no 90 item 844), Huuuge Games sp. z o.o. (the _quot;Subsidiary_quot;) started theprocess of collective redundancies, after conducting consultationprocedure with employees representatives regarding the collectiveredundancies with and notifying the relevant labour offices about theintention to carry out the collective redundancies.

The collective redundancies in the Subsidiary are intended to becompleted by the end of April 2023. The Subsidiary assumes that thecollective redundancies would cover 46 employees of the Subsidiary.

Final information related to the impact of the employment restructuringon the Huuuge Group financial results will be indicated in the Issuer'scondensed interim consolidated annual financial statements for the firsthalf of 2023.
