Information on quarterly sales bookings

Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the estimated consolidatedrevenue excluding deferred revenue (bookings) in the first quarter of2023.

Sales bookings amounted to USD 71.4 million, which constitutes approx.15% decrease year to year, i.e., compared to the first quarter of 2022and approx. 8% decrease compared to the fourth quarter of 2022.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that this report contains onlypreliminary data (excluding deferred revenue), which may differ from thefinal data. The final information on revenues will be published in thereport for the first quarter 2023.
