Resignation of Mr. Yehoshua Gurtler from the office of the Secretary ofthe Issuer

Huuuge, Inc. (the Issuer) informs that on August 2nd, 2023, Mr. YehoshuaGurtler, the Secretary

of the Issuer resigned from the office of the Secretary of the Issuer,effective as of August 2nd,

2023.

The function of the Secretary of the Issuer will be temporarilyperformed by Mr. Anton Gauffin,

the Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer.
