Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer") hereby reports that on December 18 andDecember 19, 2023 it received notifications of the transactions referredto in Article 19 Section 1 of the MAR Regulation from:

- Mr. Erik Duindam, President and Chief Operating Officer, persondischarging managerial responsibilities;_#160;

- Erik Duindam Holding B.V., person closely associated with persondischarging managerial responsibilities, i.e. with Mr. Erik Duindam,President and Chief Operating Officer; and

- Big Bets O_#220;, person closely associated with person dischargingmanagerial responsibilities, i.e. with Mr. Anton Gauffin, the ExecutiveChairman of the Board.
