(the "Issuer") hereby reports that on April 17 and April19, 2024 it received notifications from Big Bets O_#220;, person closelyassociated with person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e.with Mr. Anton Gauffin, the Executive Chairman of the Board, of thetransactions executed on April 12, 15, 16, 17 and 18, 2024 referred toin Article 19 Section 1 of the MAR Regulation.
