Change of the date of the publication of the consolidated quarterlyreport for the first quarter of 2024_#8232;

Huuuge, Inc. (the _quot;Issuer_quot;) with reference to current report no. 6/2024dated January 19, 2024 regarding the dates of publication of periodicreports during the financial year 2024, hereby announces that theconsolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 will bepublished on May 28, 2024, instead of May 30, 2024 as previouslyannounced.

Taking into account the above changes, the schedule for the publicationof periodic reports in 2024 will be as follows:

Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - May 28,2024

Consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2024 - September 5,2024
