Changeof the date of the publication of the consolidated quarterly report forthe first quarter of 2026

(the "Issuer") with reference to current report no. 4/2026 datedJanuary 14, 2026 regarding the dates of publication of periodic reportsduring the financial year 2026, hereby announces that the consolidatedquarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 will be published on May26, 2026, instead of May 28, 2026 as previously announced.
