Amendment Description Hive Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (the “Registrant” or the “Company”) is filing this Amendment No. 1 on Form 40-F/A (“Amendment No. 1”) to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 40-F for the year ended March 31, 2021 and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 24, 2021 (the “Original Form 40-F”). This Amendment No. 1 is being filed for the sole purpose of furnishing Exhibit 101, the XBRL interactive data file that is required by General Instruction B(15)(a) of Form 40-F and Rule 405 of Regulation S-T. Exhibit 101 was omitted from the Registrant’s Original Form 40-F in accordance with the 30-day grace period provided under Rule 405 of Regulation S-T. No other changes have been made to the Original Form 40-F other than the furnishing of the exhibit described above. This Amendment No. 1 speaks as of the time of filing the Original Form 40-F, and does not reflect events that may have occurred subsequent to such filing.
