Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.

The Management Board of ELKOP ESTONIA SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 31/12/2025, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister), competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 19/12/2025.

In connection with the above, the current wording of point 7.1 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows:

"7.1 The financial year of the Company begins on 1 December and ends on 30 November."

Accordingly, the Company's current financial year runs from 1 July 2025 to 30 November 2026.
