The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
The Toronto-Dominion Bank has issued EUR 1,750,000,000 2.442% Covered Bonds due 8 September 2028 (the "Series CBL78 Covered Bonds") and EUR 1,250,000,000 2.973% Covered Bonds due 9 September 2032 (the "Series CBL79 Covered Bonds") pursuant to its CAD $100,000,000,000 Global Legislative Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by TD Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership (the "Programme").
The following documents constitute the final terms dated 5 September 2025 relating to the issue of Series CBL78 Covered Bonds (the "Series CBL78 Final Terms") and the issue of Series CBL79 Covered Bonds (the "Series CBL79 Final Terms", together with the Series CBL78 Final Terms, the "Final Terms") for the purpose of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended, as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 24 July 2025, as supplemented by a 1st combined supplementary prospectus dated 29 August 2025 ( the "Prospectus"). Complete information on The Toronto-Dominion Bank and the offering of Series CBL78 Covered Bonds and Series CBL79 Covered Bonds can only be obtained by reading the relevant Final Terms together with the Prospectus.
