The Company operates a defined “contribution pension plan” for its subsidiary in the United Kingdom, Cheshire Trafford UK Limited. Each participant needs to complete a probation period before being included in the pension plan. The contributions payable to the company’s pension plan are charged to the consolidated statement of operations in the period to which they relate. We contributed a total of $1,371 and $1,405 to this pension plan during the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively. |
