At June 30, 2020, the Company revalued 5,835,392 common shares at their quoted market price of $0.12 per share, to $700,247; hence, recording a net gain on available for sale securities of $496,008 into the statement of operations for the six months ended June 30, 2020. For the six months ended June 30, 2019, loss on available for sale securities was $992,017.
