Amendment Description APT Systems, Inc. is filing this Amendment No. 2 on Form 10-Q/A (the “Amendment”) to the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended April 30, 2013, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 31, 2013 (the “Original Filing Date”), in order to provide additional information in Item 4T Controls and Procedures, which are provided due to comments received from the SEC related to the Company’s Post Effective S-1 Registration Statement.
