Basis of Presentation	Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited financial statements of APT Systems have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for interim financial information and with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Article 8 of Regulation S-X. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by generally accepted accounting principles for complete financial statements. In our opinion, the financial statements include all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring accruals) necessary in order to make the condensed financial statements not misleading. Operating results for the three and six months ended July 31, 2018 are not necessarily indicative of the final results that may be expected for the year ended January 31, 2019. For more complete financial information, these unaudited financial statements should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements for the year ended January 31, 2018 included in our Form 10-K filed with the SEC. Notes to the financial statements which would substantially duplicate the disclosures contained in the audited financial statements for the most recent fiscal period, as reported in the Form 10-K, have been omitted.
