ADMISSION TO APEX MARKET
Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, is delighted to announce its admission to AQSE's Apex market.
From today the AQSE Growth Market has been divided into two segments 'Access' and 'Apex', with different levels of admission criteria, in order to provide appropriate support across companies' growth cycles. The Access market will focus on earlier stage growth companies, while Apex is the intended market for larger, more established businesses.
The Apex market, with its more stringent admission criteria and focus on good corporate governance and share liquidity has been developed to increase support from both retail and institutional investors by applying core values, such as transparency and a robust regulatory framework.
We are excited to be one of only a handful of existing AQSE companies to be offered the opportunity to move up to the Apex market at its inception.
