Retirement of Dr Steven Sharp as Non-Executive Director & Senior Independent Director

Adnams plc (the "Company") announces that Dr Steven Sharp intends to retire as a non-executive director of the Company on 30^th September 2025. As a result, he will also cease to be the Company's Senior Independent Director.

Simon Townsend, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chair said:

"Steve joined the Adnams board in June 2007 and has provided outstanding support, wisdom and guidance throughout his tenure, more recently overseeing very significant change in board composition. I am extremely grateful to him for the continuity he has provided and wish him every happiness in the future."
