NOTE 10 - COMMITMENT AND CONTINGENCIES	Office Lease During the year ended 2019, the Company rented space on a month-to-month basis in a Class 1 office in Lafayette, LA. The monthly rent is $3,000. For the year ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, the Company incurred $0 and $18,000 in rent expense, respectively. Litigation From time to time the Company may become a party to litigation in the normal course of business. Management believes that there are no current legal matters that would have a material effect on the Company’s financial position or results of operations.
