NOTES RECEIVABLE – RELATED PARTIES On July 12, 2017, the Company issued $15,000 secured promissory note to a shareholder with annual 6% interest rate. The note is due on October 30, 2017. The interest rate is 9% after the due date. The note is secured by the personal guarantee of the borrower and the borrower’s stock of the Company. |
