The interest rate is 9% after the due date. The note is secured by the personal guarantee of the borrower and the borrower’s stock of the Company. The note is past due as of December 31, 2017 On August 31, 2017, the Company issued $58,000 secured promissory note to a shareholder with annual 3.5% interest rate. The note is due on April 1, 2018. The interest rate is 9% after the due date. The note is secured by the borrower’s stock of the Company.
