NOTES RECEIVABLE – RELATED PARTIES* On July 12, 2017, the Company issued $15,000 secured promissory note to a shareholder with annual 6% interest rate. The note is due on October 30, 2017. The interest rate is 9% after the due date. The note is secured by the personal guarantee of the borrower and the borrower’s stock of the Company. The company has got repayment of $1,250 till June 30, 2018. The note is past due as of June 30, 2018 On August 31, 2017, the Company issued $58,000 secured promissory note to a shareholder with annual 3.5% interest rate. The note is due on April 1, 2018. The interest rate is 9% after the due date. The note is secured by the borrower’s stock of the Company. The note is past due as of June 30, 2018.
