Appointment of Dr. Keith Harris to PLUG Board as Non-Executive Chairman
Global Connectivity plc (AQSE: GCON), a company focused on strategic holdings in high-growth communication and connectivity technologies, is pleased to announce that its Executive Chairman, Dr. Keith Harris, has been appointed to the Board of Plug Group Ltd ("PLUG") as Non-Executive Chairman, effective as of 21 July.
This appointment reflects GCON's deepening commitment to supporting PLUG's mission to unlock value from legacy copper telecommunications infrastructure globally. GCON currently holds 87,500 ordinary shares in PLUG, representing 7.0% of PLUG's issued share capital (based on 1.25 million shares in issue), making it PLUG's third-largest shareholder and the largest non-founder investor.
Dr. Keith Harris, Executive Chairman of GCON, commented:
