Walls & Futures announces Wimbledon Park disposal
Walls & Futures REIT plc ("WAFR") the Ethical Housing Investor and developer announces that it has completed on the sale of its freehold property in Wimbledon Park for £656,000 before costs which reflects a 2.9 per cent discount to its valuation, as included in the annual valuation dated 31 January 2020, as announced on 11 February 2020.
