Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the AQSE Growth Market Access Segment's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Obligations, as at 31 March 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 469,060,613 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 469,060,613.
The above figure of 469,060,613 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the AQSE Growth Market Access Segment's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Obligations.
