Oberon Investments Group plc (AQSE: OBE) ("the Group"), the boutique investment management, wealth planning and corporate broking group, announces today that the Hon. Robert Hanson is moving from his position as Chairman to a non-executive directorship role. Non-Executive Director, Alex Hambro will become interim Non-Executive Chairman until the process of identifying a permanent Chair is completed.
The Hon. Robert Hanson, Chairman of Oberon Investments Group plc, said:
"My decision to step down as Non-Executive Chairman of the Group was planned earlier this year. Having seen considerable growth in Oberon since its inception, now is an opportune time to step aside to allow me to focus on my other business interests. I will continue to work with the board and look forward to seeing Oberon build on its recent successes."
