NOTE 7 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 7 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In April 2023 Joseph Passalaqua, an officer and Related Party, advanced the Company an additional $1,760 to cover the Company’s expenses. This amount is held in a Convertible Note owed to Joseph Passalaqua, and is non-interest bearing, payable on demand and unsecured.
