Notice of General Meeting and Live Investor Q&A
Vault Ventures Plc announces it will hold its General Meeting ("GM") at 10:00 a.m. (London Time) on 15th July 2025 at the offices of Blake Morgan LLP, 6 New Street Square EC4A 3DJ.

Live Investor Q&A
To coincide with the GM, Vault will also host a live investor call and AMA ("Ask Me Anything") via X (formerly Twitter) Spaces following the GM, at 10:30a.m (London Time). This session will provide shareholders and prospective investors with an opportunity to hear directly from the Board as they respond to pre-submitted questions and discuss the Company's plans and strategy.
