Proposed Board Appointment
Vault Ventures Plc (AQSE: VULT), a London based technology developer focused on blockchain and fintech innovation, is pleased to announce the proposed appointment of Lucas Perraudin to the Board of Vault as a Non-executive Director, subject to completion of standard due diligence checks.
Lucas is a global thought leader on business transformation and applied AI, with over 25 years of leadership at the intersection of commerce, technology, and data. He combines top-level corporate experience with hands-on AI execution helping Fortune 500 companies turn disruptive technologies into measurable business outcomes.
Lucas brings extensive experience in AI execution and implementation. Since 2021, through AI Partners SASU (France), Lucas has advised and delivered AI adoption programs for major global enterprises, including global household names such as EssilorLuxottica, L'Oréal, LVMH, Perfetti Van Melle, Lenovo, and Schmidt Group.
Some of the projects that Lucas has worked on span workforce enablement, vendor engagement, and AI-driven business planning translating AI hype into tangible impact on P&L, productivity, and operations.
Notable experience includes:
- E-commerce Director & General Manager (EMEA), Hewlett-Packard (HP)
- Vice president of Retail and Online EMEA, Hewlett-Packard (HP)
