The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has been informed that as a result of transferring shares to his children, Stephen Bamford now owns less than 3% of the SulNOx ordinary shares of 2 pence each.

SulNOx Chairman, Radu Florescu, commented, " The Board recognises Mr Bamford's substantial contribution to the development of SulNOx over the last decade and welcomes the next generation of his family to the Company's register. "
