The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has been informed that Constantine Logothetis' holding of SulNOx ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") has increased to 34,816,671 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 27.37% of the Ordinary Shares in issue (including shares held by companies in which Constantine Logothetis holds a majority interest).
