Board Change
Voyager, the health and wellness company manufacturing and supplying high-quality Cannabidiol (CBD), hemp seed oil and hemp-related products, announces that Nikki Cooper, a non-executive director, will be leaving the Board on 31 March 2023.
Mrs Cooper has recently accepted an offer of a new full time role that prevents her from holding outside interests and so has notified the Board of her resignation and intention to leave on that date.
Eric Boyle, Chairman of Voyager, said: "Nikki has been an active and supportive member of our board since our IPO in 2021, offering sound advice as Voyager has grown since then into the business it is today. On behalf of the Board and all of the Voyager team, I thank her for all that she has done for us and we wish her well in her new role."
