Delay in publishing accounts
Angelfish announces that it will not be in a position to publish its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 by the extended deadline of 31 July 2020 set by Aquis Stock Exchange on 31 March 2020. The additional delay is due the Company changing auditors which has taken longer than anticipated due to COVID-19. Accordingly, the Company has been granted an extension to 31 August 2020.
The directors of the Company take responsibility for this announcement.
