Results of a Meeting
The Company announces that at the Separate Class Meeting of the Preference Shareholders reconvened at 10.00am today, no proxies were received and no Preference Shareholders attended. The meeting was again not quorate.
Accordingly, the directors of the Company adjourned the meeting and in accordance with the Articles of Association, will reconvene the meeting at a time and place to be fixed.
A further announcement will be made once the reconvened meeting has been confirmed.
This announcement contains information which, prior to its disclosure, was inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
