Notice of Final Results
Angelfish plc (AQSE:ANGP) announces that due to the delay in the completion of the capital re-organisation and fund raising as a result of the two inquorate class meetings on 1 September 2020 and 15 September 2020, it was necessary to delay completion of the audit for the year ended 31 December 2019.
Subsequent to the quorate class meeting on 25 September 2020, the capital re-organisation and fund raising have now been completed and it is expected that the final results for the year ended 31 December 2019 will be released by 31 October 2020.
This announcement contains information which, prior to its disclosure, was inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
