| Commitments and Contingencies | Note 14 – Commitments and Contingencies Legal Proceedings We are not currently subject to any material legal proceedings, and to the best of our knowledge, no such proceeding is threatened, the results of which would have a material impact on our properties, results of operation, or financial condition. Nor, to the best of our knowledge, are any of our officers or directors involved in any legal proceedings in which we are an adverse party. From time to time, we are also a party to certain legal proceedings incidental to the normal course of our operating businesses. While the outcome of these legal proceedings cannot at this time be predicted with certainty, we do not expect that these proceedings will have a material effect upon our financial condition or results of operations. |
